BIOGRAPHY
Ellery Hollingsworth is quickly establishing herself as a leader of the sport's next wave. The Stratton Mountain School graduate already wrote her name in history, becoming the first woman to land a 10. In 2010, Hollingsworth charged with the best in the sport and, though she only narrowly missed a spot on the ultra competitive Olympic team, she had some pretty up there consistency with two 5th-place finishes at the Grand Prix, as well as one fifth on the World Cup.

ELLERY SAYS

Last season was crazy as far as the whole contest season goes. I definitely learned a lot about my riding and the competitive aspect of everything and I think going into the next season I'll feel more confident and the contests and I’m excited to learn some new tricks this summer.

FIRST TRACKS
She started snowboarding when she was six at Vermont's Bromley Mountain. "My brothers had been snowboarding for a few years, and looking up to them, I always wanted to do what they were doing. Jeb convinced my mom to let me snowboard." Her first board was a red and orange K2 90.

OFF THE SNOW
I love traveling. I love bonfires during Thanksgiving with my cousins. I love surfing and getting to spend time in Southern California. I love cooking soup with my Momma in Vermont. I love skydiving and reading...not at the same time. And I really, really love newfoundland dogs.
