BIOGRAPHY
Born in '92, Broc Waring caught on to snowboarding quickly thanks to some help from his skateboarding skills. Competing by the time he was 10, Waring quickly pushed his way through the ranks to become a threat in both park and pipe when he competes. Toting nothing but the smoothest spins and most unique grabs, Broc wants to take his skills all the way to the Olympics.

UPDATE
2009 was a solid one for Waring who kicked off the season with a 12th place World Cup result in New Zealand. But, Waring truly shined throughout the season on the U.S. Snowboarding Revolution Tour as he took third in halfpipe and second in slopestyle at the Copper Mountain stop of the tour. He wrapped the Rev Tour season at Boreal in California where he was second in halfpipe.

FIRST TRACKS
He picked up snowboarding at 7 while hanging at Northstar-at-Tahoe, but didn't pick up the board again until the family moved to Colorado two years later. "Oh, and I had this K2 118 with an octopus on it, and clicker bindings." A couple of big results in '07 and U.S. Snowboarding coaches gave him the green light to join the Rookie Team for ‘08.
