BIOGRAPHY
Brooke Shaw brings new meaning to "all-around rider" and is a threat in park, pipe, SBX...and she even runs gates. Named to the All-Star Team at Sports Illustrated Next Snow All-Stars, Shaw manages to have fun while being competitive against the best in the world as a teenager.
UPDATE
While all signs pointed to Shaw having another killer riding season in 2009, the young sbx star had to sit the year out with an injury. But, if her bronze at world juniors and her sixth-place World Cup finish from 2009 are a sign of anything, Shaw looks to be going big for U.S. Snowboarding in 2010.
FIRST TRACKS
On skis at 3, Brooke switched to snowboarding at 6 and learned everything she knows about snow at Stratton Mountain. She loves shredding with heroine and good friend Lindsey Jacobellis.
